RUSSIA 1908-18 7k light blue with VARNISH LINES MISSING variety (Michel 68 I A F, SG 97 variety), mint with only two stamps hinged IMPRINT BLOCK 15 with full printer's imprint in Cyrillic "Kreditn. Tiip. 1910. 6". Note two "i" in the word "Tiip". This is a new discovery not listed in A.V. Zverev catalogue, upon seeing this item he commented: "I have never seen it before.
