A DB 14 bore underlever hammer gun by “Walker from Purdeys”, c 1875, number 1149, 43½” overall, nitro proved barrels 28”, the breeches engraved “Vickers Camel Steel”, the top rib engraved “Walker Newbury from Purdey’s, London”; the signed back action locks, frame, underlever and trigger guard scroll engraved overall; walnut stock with chequered fore end secured by flat wedge, and wrist.
