Clarice Cliff - Rudyard - A Conical sugar sifter circa 1933, hand painted with a stylised tree in tonal blue, green and pink with matched banding, Bizarre mark, height 14cm, restored.
The tip of the sifter has had a small professional restoration, this is of a high standard and does not need reworking, small area of crazing.
