MIRI -PAIR OF INDIAN REGIMENT COVERS WITH RED/PURPLE TRIANGULAR "305" CENSORS; 16 Jan.1941 & 14 Aug. 1941 pair of envs. (one slightly roughly opened) to Ambala in India from soldiers of the 2nd Battalion 15th Punjab Regiment; the first by surface mail with 8c Brown tied by partial "MIRI" cds, the other by "AIR MAIL" with 10c+15c tied by a v. fine smaller "MIRI" cds; both with v. fine triangular "No.305" censors (red or purple) and the latter also with brown censor label.
