An original first-printing concert handbill for Grateful Dead / Bonzo Dog Band at 'The Boston Tea Party', held on 2nd-4th October 1969 at 15 Lansdown Street, Boston (MA), the poster in an art nouveau style, designed by Eric Engstrom, one of only circa 500 that are believed to have been printed, 28 cm x 18 cm, from the personal collection of Vivian Stanshall. This lot, along with all others in the sale, has been consigned for sale by Vivian's son, Rupert. Some light creases in place, and a vertical scratch with small tear to the paper edge on the top right side.Some surface discolouration elsewhere but no further tears.
