1914 (20 JAN) registered cover from Headlands to Ladybrand, South Africa, franked at 9d by no fewer than 18 examples of 1910-13 ½d emerald-green (RJL 8) incl several pairs and strips, with four examples on the front and the remainder covering the reverse, all tied by ‘HEADLANDS / RHODESIA’ cds with registration label at upper left; slight imperfections as to be expected, nevertheless a highly unusual and rare franking.
