Apparently does not require Planning like a mobile home. also included special large ball hitch. Deceased estate. 10% BP.
The ball is about 2.5" in diameter. see photo. The plate fits the standard spacing for bolting on to a vehicle. It would need to fitted to towing vehicle. We towed about 4 miles without any problems to get it to the auction.
