1915 Stampless cover to "Maulid bin Ali Esq., c/o H.B.M Court, Zanzibar" endorsed "Per S/S Tuna", handstamped violet "G.R. / POST / 6 CENTS / MAFIA", bearing a green "OPENED BY CENSOR / UNDER / MARTIAL LAW" seal. A rare use of this 6 Cents handstamp to show postage paid in cash on a cover handed in at the military post office. The same handstamp was used in May 1915 to surcharge German East Africa stamps.
