A LATE 18TH CENTURY FLINTLOCK GUN BY MORRIS. With a 94cm tapering barrel with proof marks and decoration by the action, with ramrod below the barrel. The Flintlock action with tall frizzen, signed to the lock plate 'Morris'. With decorative brass trigger guard with acorn terminal and floral engraving. The stock with similarly decorated butt plate. 133cm overall.

Small area of repair to timber by the action, ramrod probably replaced. Surface with light degradation in keeping with age.
