Site 1: Scotch Horn Leisure Centre, Brockway Road, Nailsea, BS48 1BZ Site 2: Castlewood, Tickenham Road, Clevedon, BS21 6FW Site 3: Towerhead Farm, Banwell, BS29 6PQ - Auction starts closing from 10:00am and will continue until all lots conclude. - All goods are “sold as seen online” and carry no guarantee or warranty - Participation in this auction is ONLINE ONLY and there are no bidders allowed in the room. - All images and descriptions are to be strictly used as guidelines only. - Buyers Premium of 28% + VAT will be added to every lot sold. - 20% VAT applies on the hammer price to each lot. - Payment MUST be made via your invoice email received post auction. VIEWING: - Viewing for this auction is strictly via appointment only. Please contact Eric Davidson on 07966 437 101 or [email protected] to arrange a viewing. - Please be sure on what you are bidding on as this is an 'Online Only' auction, and all stock is sold behind closed doors. CONDITION REPORTS: - Condition reports are available for this auction and will be completed on Monday 25th November. PAYMENT: - Invoices MUST be paid by 3:30pm the DAY AFTER THE SALE. COLLECTIONS: - Customer collections will be held on Wednesday 27th, Thursday 28th and Friday 29th of November (Times TBC) - Successful buyers will receive an email with their invoice and instructions for collections following the sale. This will include the contact details for a member of staff at each site who will be monitoring the collections. - Buyers must provide suitable labour, lifting equipment and transport to complete their collection. The staff onsite will not be able to assist you. - Buyers must provide photo ID and a copy of their invoice for collection. - If buyers do not collect their items before end of business on Friday 29th of November, their bidding account will be suspended, and the items will be removed from their accounts. - Please ensure you bring suitable labour, transport, and equipment to aid your collection. FAILURE TO COLLECT YOUR ITEMS: - Paying and clearing all lots is mandatory for lots won at auction. Bidding is a commitment to buy, and all accepted bids are contracts and are considered final and non-withdrawable. DELIVERIES & COURIER INFORMATION: - Wellers will not pack and send parcels; you are welcome to send a courier, but they will be subject to the same collection terms. REFUNDS: - After an auction, it is the customer’s responsibility to check that the items bought are correct.  Wellers Auctions will only consider refunds if the items bought are not as described and only if the customer has brought this to our attention within 10 working days after the date of collection/delivery of the items. This decision is final. NON-PAYMENT OF ITEMS: - If you do not pay by 3:30pm the day following the auction, YOU WILL be banned for a minimum of 6 weeks and your lots will be removed from your account and sold in the next available auction. - Paying and clearing all lots is mandatory for lots won at auction. Bidding is a commitment to buy, and all accepted bids are contracts and are considered final and non-withdrawable.
