A large Thai gilt and lacquered papier-mache Buddha head, 20th century, the crowned head with serene expression, the eyes closed and the lips in a slight smile, elongated earlobes, the top of the head with a large finial and large foliate ornaments to the sides of the head, on a bronzed metal stand, 51in.
