A smokebox numberplate, 48207, from a LMS Class 8F 2-8-0 No 8207 built by the North British Locomotive Co, Works No 24790, and allocated new to Nottingham on 24 July 1942. Its later sheds were Crewe South, Shrewsbury, Bletchley for fifteen years, and Stoke from where it was withdrawn in the week ending 15 January 1966 and taken for scrap by Cashmores at Great Bridge on 26 March 1966.
