**DESCRIPTION CHANGE** *Circle of* Jacob Epstein (1880 - 1959), sketchbook page of studies in pen and ink on blue paper, sheet size 25cm x 22cm, together with a photograph and an Exhibition catalogue
This is a double-folded sheet of blue paper with original ink sketches on both sides, the sheet is unsigned but on the reverse there is a pencil inscription Jacob Epstein sketchbook, paper dates to probably mid-20th century but no further information on the artist, together with a photographic portrait of Epstein with printed text on reverse dated 1931 (heavy vertical fold line through the centre), and a 1952 Tate Gallery Epstein Exhibition brochure
