An officer's blue cloth helmet of the Army Service Corps, with brass mounts including ball top, and post 1902 gilt helmet plate, the lining with trade label of J. Jones & Co, Regent St, Pall Mall, London. GC, the mounts tarnished, the helmet plate gilt very good. In its japanned tin, painted with the owner's name "H A Courtenay ASC" and with Jones & Co brass plate (worn and slightly battered, the hasp missing). £200-300
