An early 20th Century Italian Murano Renaissance style ewer by Salviati & Co, the slender footed ovoid body with integral sport, fitted with a spiralled serpent handle with gold inclusions over the graduated opal ground, together with a matched small pedestal glass with hand enamelled armorial, damaged.
The tip of the serpents tail on the jug is missing and the stem of the glass has an old metal restoration.
