1973 Queen Elizabeth II silver Maundy Money four coin set in a Royal Mint presentation box. Includes (1) 1973 Maundy Fourpence, (2) 1973 Maundy Threepence, (3) 1973 Maundy Twopence, and (4) 1973 Maundy Penny. Obverses: Mary Gillick's laureate bust of Queen Elizabeth II. Reverses: a crowned numeral within a wreath, dividing the date (1973). Grade: EF - Extremely Fine with some surface toning on the surfaces, particularly on the reverses. Packaging: offered in a contemporary presentation box with an old Crouch The Goldsmiths receipt. The Royal Maundy service was held in London at Westminster Abbey in 1973.
