Emily J Edwards for Doulton Lambeth: A stoneware beaker with leaf decoration and silver rim, impressed and incised decoration to the base, 10.5cm tall. [Emily Edwards was one of the first women designers and decorators at the Lambeth Studios and her specialty was carved and incised foliate patterns. Miss Edwards died at an early age, having worked only for a few years at Doulton Lambeth and making specimens of her work rare.]
