A single barrelled 14 bore flintlock sporting gun by Ketland & Co, c 1790, 52" overall, half octagonal barrel 36½", the flat stepped lock signed "Ketland & Co", walnut half stock with chequered wrist, horn fore end cap, brass mounts including trigger guard with pineapple finial, and brass tipped wooden ramrod. GWO & basically GC (the barrel, which is worn and pitted, re-converted from percussion, some wear overall). £200-300
