6 1/4 inch, double edged blade narrowing at the forte. This with "Abourgad" maker's stamp. Large steel crossguard stamped "558". Steel ferrule. Polished, one piece wooden grip. Contained in its blackened steel scabbard with large steel wire belt loop.
