A Royal and Ancient Order of Buffaloes jewel on a multicoloured ribbon with top and bottom bars and central City of London Coat of Arms, the reverse engraved 'This Propaganda Jewel was presented to Primo H.Bird by the Duke of Fife Lodge, May 18th 1898', hallmarked for London 1897.
