A Sèvres hard-paste coffee can and saucer (gobelet Litron et soucoupe), of the third size, painted with blue flowers and gilt leafy foliage, berried border, gilt dentil rim and bands, scroll handle, the saucer 12cm diam, interlaced Ls, the can with decorator's mark and dated 1783; a Sèvres novelty toy two-handled cup and stand (tasse a toilette), painted with roses and country flowers, scroll handles, the 9.5cm stand painted by Claude-Antoine Tardy, pink interlaced Ls, date code for 1772; a Sèvres hard-paste lobed cup and saucer, painted in dry blue enamel with a profusion of foliage, gilt dentil borders, the saucer 13cm diam, crowned interlaced Ls and date code for 1767; a Sèvres hard-paste custard cup (pot à jus ordinaire), quite plain, gilt dentil rim, scroll handle, 5.5cm high, bluey-grey interlaced Ls and inscribed in sgraffito, c. 1780, [4]
Coffee can has a small crack through the base of the handle, saucer good, minor scratches only. Two handled cup has a yellowed hairline crack, saucer good. Lobed cup has chips, glue and cracks, saucer has an amateur rim repair. Custard cup has a firing crack through the base of the handle, expected pitting, rubbing to gilding.
