Thomas Tuttell (1674-1702) was a mathematical and scientific instrument maker and hydrographer to the King. He flourished in the late 1600s/early 1700s, with two known London addresses: the Royal Exchange, Cornhill and at the Kings Arms & Globe, Charing Cross. For a similar sector by Tuttell, cf. M.
