Ex GWR steam locomotives. Approx. 50, mostly medium format with a few 35mm, black and white negatives. One glass negative noted. Taken mostly in the early 1960's with some earlier noted.
Classes include: 46XX, 47XX, 49XX, 50XX, 52XX, 53XX, 55XX, 56XX, 59XX, 60XX, 66XX, 68XX, 69XX. Locations noted: Banbury, Snow Hill, Birkenhead, Gowerton, Reading, Pontypridd, Didcot, Shrewsbury, Stafford Road, Gloucester Central, Newport, Worcester and others. One preserved locomotive noted. Most/all captioned though some have no location or date, sold with copyright, sample illustrated.
