A 2½" Gauge Live Steam 4-6-0 L,M.S "Black 5" Steam Locomotive with Six Wheel Tender,built to a good standard (tender excellent), with o/s cylinders, Stephenson valve gear, usual cab and backhead controls/instrumentation, finished overall in satin black with yellow lining to cab and tender, R/No 5428 to smoke box door, paint work to loco, is patinated but still presents well, there are no build plans or boiler certification, overall length 36" with similar size display plinth.
