World War I Kaiser Marine brass bulk head clock: 6" dia silvered face with Roman Numerals, Imperial Crown, large M, 5228 and a seconds dial below the XII. The hinged 7" bezel locks with the winding key - 3.5" deep with a base dia of 8", three fixing lugs and the No. 2331 543 stamped into it. In working order.
