Chinese porcelain famille rose two-handled jardiniere, 19th century, painted with chrysanthemum and other flowers on a turquoise green ground within pink lappet-shaped borders, 19.5cm wide and a Chinese porcelain blue and white baluster vase converted to a lamp, four-character Kangxi mark in blue to base, late 19th/early 20th century, decorated with dragons and flaming pearls on a cloud and scroll-pattern ground, 26cm high (2)
The vase has been fitted to the neck with a light fitting which is still in place, although it has not been drilled through the base, it is in good order but has been filled with sand to weigh it down (please be aware when turning upside down!). The jardiniere has a hairline crack running from rim to body and then a spreading stained starcrack across base.
