A scarce 1694 William and Mary farthing and silver coins in a tub of assorted GB decimal and pre-decimal coins in mixed lower grades, bagged to include halfpennies, pennies, brass threepences, sixpences, shillings, florins – with a few farthings, halfcrowns, post decimal halfpennies etc. There is a small bag with older copper coins, including a 1771 halfpenny and two worn cartwheel pennies; and another bag with the 1694 farthings (see last two photos), an 1845 groat, an 1832 damaged Maundy twopence and a near fine 1872 shilling. Of the silver coins, there is approximately five shillings of pre-1920 coins and £4 15 shillings of pre-1947 silver (mainly florins and silver threepences).
