An early 20th century black net evening coat, mid-calf to full length, elbow-length sleeves finished with black Maltese lace to match the shawl collar and body panels and frills, ties at the front, unlined, the Maltese cross evident throughout the design
In good general order. Slight damage to the lace on one collar panel, the lace detached at one point on the upper frill, and slightly less so on the lower panel (the latter where the lace is joined so not actual damage). Some wear to the bottom edge.
