Gregoire, decorated in low relief with female figures representing Britain and France embracing by a peace column, and with the fleet to the distance, dated 1903, the reverse named 'le Siecle Cathcart Wason', 6 x 4.5cm, stamped 'Argent' to the edge.
Cathcart Wason (1848-1921) was a Scottish farmer and politician who served as an MP in New Zealand and Scotland. *CR: Nice condition. *BP 22.5% (18.75% plus VAT) plus a lot fee of £8 inc. VAT on each lot.
