A pair of late 18th or early 19th century North (likely of London) made flintlock pistols. Brass and iron furniture, with grotesque faces to each butt, foliate brass work to the side and various proof marks to the barrel. Engraved to the lockplates ' North ' (believed to be E. North of London). Mechanism on one functions correction, the other half-cocks and temperamentally full-cocks. Brass mounted ramrods present. Measures approx: 35cm long.
