Milo of Croton, bronze, 19th century, ripping apart a tree stump, on a plinth base 82.5cm with metal black slate square plinth 174cm overall. See illustration
The plinth is incomplete and disassembled at the moment.
Patination is worn particularly over front leg and shoulder.
The lower part of the robe draped over his arm is a section and the join has opened a little there are also several small holes in and around.
No marks seen. This is part of the contents of a Kent Manor House consigned on behalf of a charitable trust.
