Edwardian peridot and diamond cluster ring, the central oval cut peridot of approx. 7mm x 5mm, in a millegrain collet mount, bordered with sixteen small round cut diamonds, illusion set in white metal backed with 18ct yellow gold, size N, gross weight approx. 3.4g

More Information

The central stone appears to be in good order. However the girdle cannot be seen beneath the mount. The mount is good. The diamonds are not all free from tiny chips, these being well disguised within the mounts, which are in good condition. The ring shows signs of wear and a possible repair when viewed through a 10x loupe. A tiny crack can be seen at the edge of the band beside the mark, however this does not compromise the strength of the band. Marked '18'
