A Brussels bobbin applique lace fan, laid on pale blue silk, the mother of pearl monture of burgau with elaborate carved overlay in white pearl to both guards, with oval plaques, etched with flowers and leaves, complementing the floral lace on the leaf, guard approx. 28cm
A repair on the upper section on each guard, largely covered by the applied pearl detail. The lower guard has a missing section of this overlay.
