Omega; A c.1970's Dynamic Gent's Wristwatch, the signed blue dial with line markers, centre seconds and date aperture (winder/crown detached / plexi glass noticeable scratches), case back stamped "TOOL 107 Waterproof" (movement unseen), to integral bracelet with fold over clasp numbered "1153/138".
There appears to be slight marks on the dial between line marker numbers 1 and 2, 6 and 7, also at line marker number 9.
