An oak dresser and rack. Early 19th century, with a plain cornice above three shelves, the lower part with an arrangement of six drawers and two doors, on stile feet, height 202cm, width 155cm, depth 53cm.
The boards on the back of the plate rack are later. The top of the base has a lage opening between the joins of the boards, also some splits and cracks. Some general wear and stains commensurate with age. In the carcass there is evidence of historic woodworm. The hinges and locks have been replaced. Some of the drawer linings have been replaced.
