A 19th century blonde tortoiseshell tea caddy, of serpentine outline, the domed hinged lid enclosing two lidded compartments, raised on squat bun feet, 20cm wide. (exemption Ref J6SQG1AS).
Overall condition is fair to good. The front right corner to the lid is missing a small piece of veneer. One interior cover has losses of veneer. Hinges are original and in good order. there is loss of a small amount of veneer to the back right hand corner.
