18th century Chinese export octagonal deep ashet or meat plate, the central panel depicting a figure on a lake by a palace decorated in polychrome enamels, gilt and underglaze blue, unmarked, 37cm long.
Gilding of rim worn in places, as well as central painted panel. Some firing impurities throughout. Large hairline crack to underside.
