Hermann Eichberg (late 19th century) German, a cast and patinated bronze figure of "Lady Justice" (Justitia), traditionally modelled, blindfolded and bearing a large sword in one hand and the other hand held aloft formerly holding the scales of justice (scales now missing) signed and dated 91 (1891) to the base, mounted on a turned serpentine marble socle with moulded foot. 9 cm wide x 28 cm overall height
