Portrait oil on board panel of Bertwald Innes, apparently unsigned in a giltwood frame, Aitken Dott label verso, 40 x 50cm
There is a repaired crack vertically down the board, and you can see what appear to be some other cracks and wood texture through the paint. With the exception of the top right which has some orange peel texture, the finish is very smooth, suggesting cleaning or re-varnishing.
