A NORTH AFRICAN BONE INLAID HARDWOOD TRAVELLING CHEST. circa 1800, profusely inlaid with bone diamond shape decoration throughout, the hinged lid enclosing a fitted interior with small drawers and compartments, the sides with wrought iron carrying handles, height 28cm, width 77cm, depth 48.5cm. *CR Large splits to the lid, one partially repaired with wooden supports (two missing), losses to wood and inlay, later added lid support.
