A George V naval midshipman's dirk, blade 17½", by Wilkinson, Pall Mall, retailed by "Gieves Ltd, London, Portsmouth & Devonport", etched with crowned "GVR" cypher, Royal Arms etc, brass hilt with remains of bullion knot, in its brass mounted leather scabbard. Basically GC (some wear, no gilt remaining). £300-350
