Collection Times: After the auction has concluded to 5pm Wednesday - 9am to 5pm Thursday - 9am to 5pm Friday - 9am to 1pm Any requests for shipping need to be done through easyliveAuction.com only. You'll see the 'Request Shipping' prompt when viewing your invoice. We won't accept requests by phone or email, only the easyliveAuction.com request shipping function. Please speak to us before bidding if you are buying in bulk with breakable items or buying from overseas. We only use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for post with Proovia as our chosen courier for larger items, so requests for courier shipping will be through these. We strongly recommend booking your own courier for anything with glazing or it will be shipped at your own risk, with no come back to us for breakages. Parcel Force and Royal Mail do not cover glazing within their insurance. Please expect shipment leaving the auction house anything up to seven days from receipt of payment.
