Septimius Severus silver denarius, Rome Mint 210 AD. Reverse: VICTORIAE BRIT, Victory seated left on shield, resting another shield on her right knee and holding palm in left. Sear 6385. Bluish-orange cabinet tone, nEF. This commemorates Septimius Severus' invasion of Caledonia (modern day Scotland), however he celebrated too soon as he died the following year and the army under Caracalla withdrew to Hadrian's wall.
