A BLACK M42 TYPE HELMET AND LINER. A Second World War or later finished M42 type steel helmet shell, with worn dark green painted finish with no decals. The helmet with three holes for liner attachments and two air vents, with rolled edge and indistinctly stamped 502 to the interior. The liner in light brown leather with eight 'tongues', and thin black chin strap *Condition: Degradation and light rust to the surface, liner possibly a replacement.
