Volume I- Uniform half calf with marbled boards, cracked front hinge loosening, loss to head of back strip, ex libris label Courtney Library to front free endpaper, contemporary ink signature to title page, i-clxxxii, pp.384, Index, 79 plates to the rear (I to LXXIX), a vg to fine text block. Volume II- Uniform binding, back strip perilously loose, contemporary ink signature to title page, lii, pp.520, errata, 91 plates to the rear (LXXX to CLXX), a vg to fine text block. volume III- Uniform to the others, loss to back strip, ex libris label, contemporary ink signature to title page, pp.256, 22 plates (CLXXXI to CCII), with 23 plates (203 to 225) to the rear, a vg to fine text block.
