A Victorian eight-piece Majolica dessert service comprising six plates 22.5cm diameter (one af), a comport on triform support, 22.5cm diameter, 15cm high (chipped and repaired), and a smaller comport, 7cm high decorated with green lattice work, central motif and a border of flower heads, the comports having mottled green and brown undersides and supports, , plate bearing registration mark for October 29 1867, together with a Bretby style lustre glazed shallow fruit bowl on three supports, 28cm diameter, 10cm high and other ceramics.
