Provenance: Sir Frederic George Kenyon GBE, KCB, TD, FBA, FSA (1863-1952), President of The British Academy (1917-1921), Director and Principal Librarian of The British Museum (1909-30); Roxburghe Club member no. 187 and one of his own personal copies (of 2) of the sole book he presented to the bibliophile's club (no. 198), though his name is not printed in red on the membership leaf in this copy.
