Book - Charles Kingsley - The Water Babies first edition, first issue with the 'L'envoi' poem leaf and the erratum leaf referring to p75. Good condition, throughout, bookplate of Jeremiah James Colman to inside cover, and loosely inserted autograph signature of Kingsley. The 'L'envoi' leaf is significant as Kingsley withdrew the edition shortly after issue so that only about 200 copies survived.
