Three late 19th-20th century drawings and watercolours, to include: Charles Pratt Terrot (1805-1886) - Landscape with buildings in the distance, watercolour on paper, with labels verso inscribed 'educated Trinity College, Cambridge from 1823 ordained 1827. in 1838 Vicar of Wispington Lincs. He was a pupil of Peter De Wint and painted interiors in the manner of George Cattermole as well as landscapes, 23 x 33 cm, glazed and framed; George Charlton (1899-1979) - 'Lord Melchett', two pencil studies on one sheet, inscribed 'Lord Melchett by George Charlton' with Stour Valley Museum, Warwickshire 2001 exhibition label verso, 24 x 20 cm, framed and glazed; together with Dutch School, late 19th - 20th century - Watercolour study of figures camping with windmill in the distance, 17.3 x 25 cm, double gilt mounted, glazed and framed in period frame (3)
