A 19th century French ormolu mounted, walnut and marquetry Meuble d'appoint, with purple and red veined marble top and single door with central inlaid urn and scrolls, on plinth foot, W.2ft 11in. D.1ft 5in. H.3ft 3.5in.

CONDITION: Marble top is certainly later but remains in good order, overall colour is of a mid gingerish brown tone with some faded areas, one or two small retouched dents and knocks around the frieze, a vertical split has been repaired down the right side of the panel of the door but still shows as a different colour, key has working lock, two adjustable shelves to the interior, small damages and scuffing around the plinth.
